 Composition: polymer block copolymer containing pro-pigment groups
Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid
Active ingredient: 50%
Solvent：Butyl acetate, PMA
Application scope: PU coatings, NC coatings, UN coatings, epoxy coatings, industrial coatings, inks, etc.
Recommended dosage: inorganic pigment: 1-20%; organic pigment: 20-50%; carbon black: 20-100%; to the full amount: 0.1-1.0%.
Method of use:
Resin and dispersant should be pre-mixed, then add the solvent slowly under stirring until it is dissolved evenly, pigment should be added after the additives are added, please test out the proper dosage before use.
Characteristics and advantages:
It is especially suitable for the dispersion of high pigment and medium pigment carbon black, with excellent viscosity reduction, very good color spreading, the ground carbon black pulp is blacker and brighter than other dispersants, and other colors are more vivid.
It also has excellent dispersing performance for titanium dioxide, which can effectively reduce the viscosity of the system and improve the whiteness of titanium dioxide.
