BZ-2335 Wetting and dispersing additive

Application scope: PU coatings; NC coatings; industrial coatings; automobile coatings
Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.5% of the whole amount; inorganic pigment 1-20%; organic pigment 20-30%; carbon black 50-200%
The resin and solvent should be pre-mixed, and then the additives should be added slowly under stirring until dissolved evenly. The pigments should be added after the additives are added.
Characteristics and advantages:
It has excellent dispersion of pigment and carbon black, improves the color spreading of organic pigment, and effectively reduces the viscosity of high-concentration color paste during grinding.
The viscosity of milled color paste is stable, not easy to return to coarse and flocculation.
