Application scope: UV coatings, wood coatings, industrial coatings, automobile coatings.
Recommended dosage: 0.2-1.0% for whole amount, 8-15% for matte powder.
Usage: In order to obtain the full effect, the additives must be added to the abrasive first, and then the pigment. Pre-mix the resin and solvent components of the abrasive, then slowly add the additives with stirring, and only when the additives are fully dispersed can the pigments be added. Please test the appropriate dosage before use.
Characteristics and advantages
It is suitable for the viscosity reduction and dispersion of matte powder and aerosilicate, especially used in the viscosity reduction of UV solvent-free system with high content of matte powder, it can promote the release of bubbles in matte system and enhance the transparency and leveling performance, and it has good wetting and orienting effects;
Stabilization of pigments in light-curing printing ink, also suitable for the preparation of pigment concentrates.
It can also be used in high quality industrial paints with good effect, and has good dispersing effect on industrial paints with high fillers.
